Heavy Restaurant Group’s highly anticipated restaurant is officially open to the public. Currently holding two excellent restaurants in Downtown Bellevue, Purple Café and Wine Bar and Barrio, the third concept adds a new twist and flare to the downtown area.

LOT No.3 will offer guests a wide selection of Draught Beers, Manhattans, Snacks, Artisan Cheese & Meats, Salads, Wines, Cocktails, Sandwiches & Sliders, Plates, Desserts and more.

What is LOT No. 3?
LOT No. 3 is a local pub offering simple food, beer, wine and spirits.

How many seats do we have?
About 100. We offer a combination of table and communal seating, a bar, small booths, leather sofas & chairs as well as seasonal patio dining options. A fun & casual spot for 1 to 100.

What kind of food does LOT No. 3 serve?
Our menu is simple & seasonally inspired pub fare.

How late do we serve food?
Until 1am Tuesday through Saturday & 12am Sunday & Monday.

What about the drinks?
Beer and brown liquor focus. Six beers on tap, fifty plus by the bottle, a dozen or so cocktails, a hundred plus spirits & several wines by the glass & bottle.

Do we take reservations?
We take reservations for groups of 6 or more.

Do we accommodate large parties?

We offer happy hour daily from 4-6pm.

LOT No. 3 is the latest concept from Heavy Restaurant Group owned by Larry & Tabitha Kurofsky. Heavy Restaurant Group is the management team behind purple café and wine bar & Barrio.

Do we sell gift cards?
Gifts cards are available online at lotno3.com and at our location.

Where do you park?
Parking is available in the Bellevue Towers Parking garage. Free 4hr validation available. Key Bank surface lot on 4th St. is also available after 5pm.
