Bellevue, Washington — John Howie Steak is offering a sweetheart of a Valentine’s Day dinner on Tuesday, February 14th. Lovers can savor a three-course dinner for $55 (exclusive of tax and gratuity) in the restaurant’s Piano Lounge, while relaxing to live music.
