L’Experience Paris welcomes celebrated Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Pierre Hermé to Seattle by way of one of his signature creations – the macaron. Dubbed the “Picasso of Pastry” by Vogue Magazine, Hermé only sells his signature patisserie and chocolates in namesake stores located in France as well as countries in the Middle East and Asia. Up until now, Hermé has only offered his macarons in the US at SAKS Fifth Avenue in New York. That all changes today as Seattle has scored a veritable confectionary coup with L’Experience Paris partnering with Hermé to offer his macarons right here in the Pacific Northwest!
Macaron lovers will be able to purchase beautiful boxes of Pierre Hermé’s creations in packages of seven for $24 or twelve for $39.
The eight flavors offered will include:
- Crème Brulée
- Vanille de Madagascar
- Praliné Noisette
These exclusive macarons will make an ideal holiday gift for friends, family, co-workers, or clients. Orders can be placed via the L’Experience Paris website now for pick up in mid-December at either shop. Delivery options will be available as well via local courier or UPS.
No trip to Paris would be complete without a stop in one of Pierre Hermé’s shops. And while you may not be able to go to Paris this year to sample his delectable creations, you can visit L‘Experience Paris on Mercer Island or in Bellevue to enjoy Hermé’s world famous macarons along with one of the premier selections of French wine, patisserie and hand made goods available in the Pacific Northwest.

After spending years in the technology industry, Julien Hervet started a cottage business in his garage following his true passion – wine. His love of the noble grape and his home country of France drove him to build Cépaé as first, an importing and distribution business and now as a tasting room. Julien’s main desire is to bring wines from lesser known regional producers to the American market.
