Easter celebrations are elevated to the 31st floor at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi’s fourth Carts & Carousels holiday brunch. The tableside dining experience has been reimagined for Easter, showcasing spring flavors in an exquisite, progressive brunch, offered on Sunday, April 17 from 10am to 3:30pm.
In this all-inclusive midday affair, guests are invited to enjoy a variety of family-style dishes like the passion fruit trio and heirloom carrot muffins, then select from revolving trolleys and carousels of bites and beverages, such as pork belly deviled eggs, caviar “clouds,” contemporary sushi rolls, Dungeness crab dumplings, and innovative libations like the Spring Fling cocktail, featuring Empress gin, crème de violet, hibiscus, and Prosecco.
Each guest may also handpick from an assortment of chef-curated entrees, like the wagyu filet & eggs benedict, herbed lamb rib, or sunflower-crusted halibut. The Ascend Finale offers a bittersweet dessert finish with hummingbird cupcakes, rainbow meringue pops, and pastel macarons.
